Life presents challenges and most "day-to-day" concerns can be effectively managed through one's own efforts. However, when an issue arises that is overwhelming, or when a problem persists - consulting with an experienced licensed professional can provide help and bring about needed changes for a healthier and happier life.  

Our approach holds that counseling should be a relatively short-term process. For some clients a single consultation session is all that is required.  For others, more extensive work over a period or weeks or months may be appropriate..  

We work with a wide-range of relationship concerns, life adjustment issues, career transitions, and mental health issues - such as anxiety and depression. Our role is to identify problem behavior patterns and offer specific suggestions and strategies for bringing about needed changes.  We have found that weekly counseling sessions are often unnecessary.  In most instances, we meet with a client every two or three weeks over the course of therapy.  However, we are available 24/7 as needed.
